OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

Ownership of all rights, including copyright, relating to this website is vested with Mini-la-Mode and Lotus London Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them wholly or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Mini-la-Mode and/or Lotus London Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us subject to stock availability at the stated prices, and subject to your payment having been received by us in full. We require full payment for the goods before your order can be accepted. Once your payment has been received by us, we will send an e-mail to your stated e-mail address to confirm our acceptance of your order. Upon acceptance of your order, dispatch will be arranged to your address. Completion of the contract between you and Mini-la-Mode will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is concluded in London, England, and the contract language is English.

We will be pleased to accept orders provided that they are for the personal, non-commercial use by our customers. We will not accept orders which are intended for resale or distribution for commercial purposes. The resale of any products purchased on the Mini-la-Mode website without the express written agreement of Mini-la-Mode or Lotus London Ltd. is not permitted.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR ORDER

Provided that you have supplied us with your correct e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability. In the event that the item you wish to purchase is not available, we will email you straightaway to inform you. If your order is delayed awaiting supply of stock or for any other reason, we will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timing.

PRICES

Prices and offers are valid as advertised and may change from time to time. For items where VAT is applicable, the GBP price of an item is inclusive of UK VAT. If you are buying from outside the UK, in addition to our delivery charge, you may incur duties and taxes levied by the country to which you have specified delivery of your order.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners or Maestro cards. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. In the event that your card authorization and validation is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.

By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

DELIVERY

Once your credit card has been approved, your order will be dispatched from London by our contracted courier company. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. For orders placed before 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, we will dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm (GMT) we will dispatch on the next working day.

To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

INSURANCE

The goods which you order will be insured by us or by our agents while in transit and up to the point of delivery to your address. You will be asked to sign for the goods on arrival at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

CANCELLATION BY US

We will aim to fulfil your orders to the best of our ability. However, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if one or other of the following circumstances apply:

we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.we do not deliver to your area or country

In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail, and will re-credit your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order being placed.

YOUR ACTIVITY AND YOUR COMPUTER

You may use this website at your own risk and it is understood that you are personally responsible for your use of this site and for your communication and activity related to this site. We make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you use the right equipment to use this website and to screen out anything which may damage it.

GOVERNING LAW

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any disputes will be dealt with under the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will not be in breach of this agreement or otherwise liable for any delay in performance if to the extent that any delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
