World Wide Shipping

We ship all over the world, using reputable couriers, allowing your order to be tracked all the way to your door.

We aim to process orders within 24 hours, not including week-ends.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges, which include our signature gift wrapping and gift box are:

UK Standard £5.50 - 1-2 days
Europe/USA/Canada £20
Rest of World £30

Once your credit card has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse by our couriers, FedEx, DHL or Royal Mail. Dispatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.

For orders placed and completed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 2pm (GMT) we will dispatch your order on the next working day. To ensure prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address.

A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.

Packaging

Your Mini-la-Mode purchase will be beautifully gift-wrapped in our chic, bespoke packaging. If your order is a gift, we will be happy to add a hand written gift card with your delivery. Just enter a gift message at the time of placing your order.

VAT

For items where VAT is applicable, Mini-la-mode.com prices include UK VAT.

Duties and Taxes

For shipping destination outside the UK, please note that your order will be shipped exclusive of import duties and customs charges: your order will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
You may be requested to pay import duties and local sales taxes, which may be applicable in your country, at the time your order is delivered to you.

In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes are not refundable by us.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with your Mini-la-Mode purchase. We understand however that on occasion you may want to change or return an item for a different size or colour. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of the original packaging. You may return your goods to us and we will refund your purchase in full, except for the delivery charge, provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect, saleable condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or tags removed. We also require that you return the goods to us within 30 days of the date on which we dispatched your original order. We regret that certain underwear items such as underpants and knickers cannot be returned and we would request that you check your sizing carefully when ordering these items. All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Returns Procedures

- Items returned to Mini-la-Mode for exchange will require return postage to be paid.
- For items which are faulty, we will refund the return cost of regular signed for postage.
- Please peel off the returns sticker on your delivery note which has the address details for returns.
- We recommend that you send by recorded post and that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we do not charge shipping on your first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will be charged at standard shipping rates.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us within 30 days of the date of despatch of our order to you. We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the sole discretion of Mini-la-mode and could only be refunded as a credit against a future purchase.

When we receive your returned item(s), we will check the items and will only process them as returns if all the tags are in place. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of Mini-la-Mode having received the returned goods.
